Tracey

During my internship at Tracey, I worked as a UX Designer and Front-End Developer on improving parcel transparency for customers. The goal of my project was to provide users with more meaningful information about their shipments.

I conducted customer interviews to understand which information they felt was missing and what insights they wanted to see during the parcel journey. Based on these findings, I designed a new feature in Figma that visualizes shipment information on a world map, allowing customers to get an overview of their parcels and shippers.

I implemented this feature using Vue.js in combination with the D3 data-visualization library. The final solution provided customers with insights into their parcel’s and significantly enhanced the overall tracking experience.
